Shipments within the United States

Orders $35.00 and over, shipping to addresses in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, qualify for our free Standard Shipping offer. 

We understand that when you make an order, you want your products as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.

Items will have an availability status shown on the product page. Products "In Stock” will ship within 1-2 business days. For products not “In Stock”, we make each item individually for every customer and need time to make your order.

If you need a rush order, please contact us FIRST before placing your order to make sure that we can accommodate your request. Note that upgraded shipping applies to the time that the order takes during shipping but does not affect processing time.

In some cases, we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

Most shipments utilize UPS, USPS, or FedEx, or as a carrier.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Standard Shipping

• Delivery typically in one to five business days after shipment.

 

Second Day

• Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.

Next Day

• Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

 

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address may be subject to a $25.00 fee per package, if accepted.  JennyLou reserves the right to deny a request at any time.

 

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.

APO

Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for our Free Shipping promotion, regardless of dollar amount. APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.

 

Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service.  Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.
