Return requests must be received by the 30th day from date of delivery.

There are NO RETURNS for any of our Customized Items. They are final sale unless it is defective.

​

Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.

​

Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.
